Multi axis precision turning
Our multi-axis turning centres can tackle the most complex parts. Any angled features can be machined without the need for subsequent operations. Gears can be hobbed and high-helix angle screws can be thread-whirled. Long slender shafts can also be producing utilising "sliding-head" techniques. By having up to four tools cutting simultaneously we can produce your parts very quickly whilst maintaining tight tolerances.
